CHAPTER IX
THE EXECUTIVE POWER AND THE DEVOLUTION OF POWER
46.
The executive power shall be exercised by the
President along with the Vice President and the Governors, the Prime Minister
along with the Cabinet Ministers, the Constitutional Council along with the independent
Commissions, and the Local Councils along with the Provincial Councils:
Provided that any executive entity named in this paragraph may delegate in
accordance with the provisions of this Constitution, some of their executive
powers to a State officer or a State entity for the effective and efficient
exercise of such power and administration of the functions of the State.
